CHIMICHURRI (chee-mee-choo-rree): A grilling sauce for meats used by the Argentine Gauchos in the Pampas. Traditionally used in Argentine asados (barbecues), it is served tableside and placed on meats after grilling. However, this delicious sauce may also be used prior to grilling as a marinade and on all types of meats, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetables. It is all natural and contains no preservatives. Ingredients:  Parsley, Garlic, Soybean Oil, Vinegar, salt and spices.

I started this company in 2002, when family and friends started requesting product from as far as California and Massachusetts. I could not keep up with demand so with the help of some wonderful people already in the business (I owe you one!), I started to have my product manufactured commercially. I always had Chimichurri as a part of my life, since it is an old family recipe (Thanks Mom!) I hope you enjoy it as much as my family has all these years! We have three varieties of grilling sauces for your enjoyment, Mild, Medium, and Hot, and are currently distributing anywhere in the continental United States
